Sip, Shop & Stroll
The arrival of spring means the return of our monthly Sip & Stroll! Sip, shop & stroll through the Village and enjoy special sales, promotions, events, tasty treats and sips in participating shops and restaurants. The event will be held the 3rd Thursday of the month in March, April and May from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Participating businesses and promotions for March will be listed online soon.

Freshfields Village offers a variety of places to check out on your next date night or day with the family. From Mexican to sushi and things in between, you are sure to find a place that will satisfy even the pickiest eater.
This month, our restaurants are giving us a sneak peek at some of their new menu features, plus recipes for their customer favorites including the Mango Habanero Margarita from Cantina 76, the house-made Tabouli from FortyEight - Wine Bar & Kitchen, and the Rosemary Cherry Cocktail from Hege's. Plan Ahead for Spring Festival Week
Mark your calendars for our annual Spring Festival Week! April 10-12, we will celebrate with daily events throughout the weekend, including live music, a family-friendly festival and casual Easter Service.
The spring edition of Music on the Green takes place Friday, April 10 with live music from 6 to 9 p.m. featuring Java Band. The concert is family-friendly and free to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. On Saturday, April 11, the annual Spring Festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a variety of fun activities including inflatable games, face painting, balloon animals, spring-themed crafts, an interactive live band performance, Easter Bunny photos and “Spring into Safety” with the St. Johns Fire Department. Round out the weekend with a non-denominational Easter Sunday Service on the Village Green at 9:30 a.m. The service will be casual, and guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs.

Balance & New Beginnings at STUDIO 33
Join STUDIO 33 for a Sacred Beads Mala Workshop on Thursday, March 19 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. Welcome the Spring Equinox and its gifts of balance and new beginnings with an afternoon of mala beading. Explore the yogic tradition of these simple strands of beads used for counting prayers, mantras, intentions, or breaths. Jasmine will guide you through the history and technique of mala creation, from intention setting to choosing stones and everything in between. Make your own mala to take home, and also enjoy some light movement and meditation during the class. The workshop is $30 in advance or $35 at the door.
